The annual Christmas at Kew Gardens takes place at the famous Royal Botanical Gardens in Kew. They are fun-filled after-dark events ideal for family and friends to enjoy the end of year Christmas festivities. The famous botanical gardens at Kew are lined with lights that illuminate the path around the gardens. The trail is about 2.6KM and can be covered in roughly 75 minutes.

What to expect
Visitors are treated to spectacular immersive illuminations, panoramic light displays at the Palm House, flickering flames at the picturesque Fire Garden, trees decorated with lovely colours, thousands of lights illuminating the Cathedral of Light, and also the chance to chat with Father Christmas along the way. In addition, you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious food and drinks along the trail sold by independent street vendors or even make a booking to dine at the iconic Botanical Restaurant.
Dates and Time for the Christmas at Kew Gardens festivities
The festivities will run from 17th November 2021 to 9th January 2022 between 4 PM – 10 PM. However, the last entry will usually be by 8:20 PM, but it will be by 7:20 on 24th December. The venue can either be accessed via the Lion Gate, Brentford Gate or Victoria Gate. Adults are charged £21.50 during Off-peak hours and £26.50 during peak hours. Family tickets are available, while Kew members can claim ticket discounts.
